Orders are shipped with the Slovenian Post in discreet packaging. All orders placed by 1 p.m. are usually shipped the same day. In most cases, the post office delivers the shipment the next day. Of course, there may be delays, which unfortunately are beyond our control. That is why the delivery time is stated a little longer in the general terms and conditions.

In accordance with the provisions of the ZVPot, the consumer has the right to return the ordered goods unused without reason within 14 days. When it comes to cosmetic products or products that come into contact with mucous membranes during use, their return is not possible. These products are packaged with a security label, which must not be damaged in the event of a return.
